Definitely has the wow factor. Hit with bright strawberry on the first sip, candy-like with notes of cherry and raspberry. Dangeraux glou glou.. itโs too ๐คค good. My first taste of a little poulsard mixed with other grapes and now Iโm hooked. Iโm surprised how acidic the nose smells, almost like a hint of kombucha but itโs definitely not vinegar and I suppose thatโs what adds the liveliness that she talks about in her wines.
