still learning about natural wine! but this is a new fav (don’t judge my description)
blend of 13 different alsatian grapes, marcel deiss believes it shows the plurality of their heritage, both in wine and tradition.
it packs a mouth watering, dry punch – light on the palette with bold notes of white pear, lemongrass, and tart granny smith apples. wonderful acidity, truly a gem

When I had it, it literally tasted like cooked garbage. Definitely a bad bottle but can’t bring myself to buy another and try again.
Edit: I had Marcel Deiss’ *Alsace Rouge*
