Trousseau and Chardonnay from Jura. Very light, spritz feel. Herbaceous nose, hard to pick out but certainly green and pronounced. Crunchy Raspberry and other red fruit; jolly rancher (in a good way). Relatively new & unknown (I think) and happy to taste this again after first trying it at Liesse, a restaurant in Brussels.
