



Magula Carboniq – Slovakian Blauer Portuguiser that under went carbonic maceration. Strong pomegranate. Some forest berries (juniper, boysen, wild raspberry.) Spicy aftertaste with some root vegetables following behind (beets, spinach, kale.)
Ruth Lewandowski Tatto – Mendocino White blend. Golden yellow in color. Mango green tea at the start as it builds more acidic like apple cider vinegar. Kumquats, tangerines, golden kiwi, lychee, and candy pineapple rings noted.
Both paired well with Interstellar.
