2017 Bruyere-Houillon Chardo/Savagnin. 60% Chardo and 40% Savagnin.
Freak wine. Incredible tension. Acidity can be a little too much for some, but here it worked perfectly. Thatโs where the wine got its power and charm from (in my opinion). Fruity with a hint of limestone. No decanting necessary, just leave it in the bottle and wait to see what it does.
2021 Leroux B. Rouge. Nice entry for his wines. Ripe, rich red fruit. Smooth finish. Quite light. Lovely Pinot noir. Will buy again.
