


Hi all,
I had this natural white wine (90% Fernão Pires 10% arinto – low acidity) that was made without any yeast additions, all natural. The wine is amazing but after a week opened (I know I shouldn’t), kept with vacuum tools, the last glass had this crystals in the bottom. It could be related to the time it was opened or not because I didn’t check the bottom when I opened the bottle. Do you know what this might be?
