Having tried several different types of natural wine over the years, I find this to be a truly unique flavor profile.
The nose has a strong acetic acid note, and if I’m honest I’m not sure I would guess this is wine if I were blindfolded. The flavor is tangy and complex, with notes of strawberry and tangerine, while the background is slightly green and vegetal. I imagine this would be the perfect pairing to a warm summer’s day.
