Trousseau, Pinot Noir, Poulsard, Gamay, Chardonnay and other indigenous varieties that vary each year.

A lovely nose, lively and crisp of small red fruits such as blueberries and blackberries, then some unripe plum, pot-pourri based on lavender and rose. This is followed by cloves and lots of stony minerality with an earthy smoky trait. All surrounded by subtle wild tone, which does not, however, go to break its harmony.
Medium-bodied, with almost no tannin and ample acidity playing it up.

Wow. I’ve had the Savagnin which was mind blowing but never had the pleasure of drinking this wine. Nice write up!!

I love this wine. Super smashable. Downside? Hard to find.
