I recently got my hands on two bottles of “Revenge Of The Crayfish 2022” from the young and talented producer Izak Mouton (born 1992) located north from Cape Town, South Africa.
100% chenin blanc
Apples, lime and lemon zest with a long salty finish.
I let it breath for an hour before enjoying it together with *drum roll* grilled crayfish.
