Cuvée Frénésie 100% chenin from Domaine Helicon 2021 vintage. This young estate, created in 2018 by Constantin Vellis, is located in the commune of Martigné Briand (Anjou). On opening, the nose of white fruit and citrus is very pleasant. The wine is well-balanced, fresh and lively on the palate. Very pure Chenin with no marked ageing, showing all the richness of this magnificent grape variety. For the moment, bottle of the year !
