Not too familiar with construction costs so excuse me if this is a dumb question – could a house like this be built for ~150k USD if you exclude land/lot clearing costs and did a fair amount of the framing, electric and plumbing work yourself? Assuming this is around around 600/700 sq. Thanks for any insight!
