We’re re-designing our small, compact kitchen at the moment. The overall room is 3m x 3m and has three doors and a window, which limits our options somewhat!
We’ve tried to observe the “Kitchen Triangle” theory by placing the hob, fridge and sink almost equidistant from each other and on three walls.
One of the doors is a huge walk in pantry style cupboard that we plan to shelve and use for storage. This cupboard also contains our boiler (that we can’t/won’t move).
Anyway, enough rambling. I thought I’d share the “in progress” renders and open the floor up for questions and comments.
NB: it’s perfectly normal here to have a washing machine on the kitchen. It’s what everyone does…

How many people are in the household? We’re just two adults and a toddler, but we’re struggling with both freezer and fridge space in our fridge/freezer combo (especially when we have parents visiting). I imagine having two under the counter units will have about the same (limited) capacity.
