Double Height? I give it a height and a half max 🙂

I’ll never not like tall bookcases and ladders

A kitchen big enough to have 36 inches of uninterrupted counter space and a library with rolling ladders are my two dream-house goals. (But in the Washington, DC market the first one is already a stretch at my price bracket.)
Also, the tiny wood stove in OP’s link fills me with delight.

The most library thing about this is those chairs

Look Every place its white-wood, cracks. Gaps, end-on plywood. Other than that, concept I like. Hope window guys didn’t do the inside. Leaks.
And no real insulation / vaporbarrier. Top books already rotting.
Look bottom panels on right, mishmash. IKEA would never.

The table and chairs make it look like some cheap public library. I don’t know, weird vibe to go for in a private room. Coziness is something else.

Get a carpet in there and some recliners.
