I love this so much. I had to go check your history for the other angle. You have a restaurant grill in your kitchen? Please tell me more about that. I wouldn’t have ever thought of that and now I can’t stop thinking about it.

Tell me about the space between the grilling/stove top and the other side of the wooden block/island? There’s a large groove. Also does your cooktop have burners and a griddle? So you installed a grill and a cook top (with griddle?)? I want to understand the possibilities when remodeling and designing our kitchen as we want to have a griddle like a 5 Guys or Japanese steakhouse but we also use burners the way we cook – we don’t have a big kitchen.
