Help! I want to tile the back wall of my kitchen in the new apartment I just brought…Floor tiles are black, counter and cabinets are white. I want something unique and busy. I was originally going to do something “Mediterranean” as a splashback feature…but now not sure. Any ideas?

Nothing says Mediterranean like a dusty Enrique Iglesias airbrushed over nice clean white tiles. Only one sentence is needed… in the bottom, in script “I’ll be fucking you tonight.” Deep bro.
frosted glass
Stone backsplash
[Maybe something a little funky and geometric?](http://joliemaison.site/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/home-stone-mosaic-glass-crystal-white-grey-marble-tile-backsplash-diamond.jpg)
Perhaps a metal back splash could serve you well?

It can be plenty busy, especially with light reflecting off of it, without being too overpowering.
I think the tile in [this kitchen](https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/The-Outline-at-NoHo-North-Hollywood-CA-91606/2082677213_zpid/) would look so good in yours!
Your kitchen looks modern, go with a geometric Mediterranean or modern. Take a look at my kitchen tile [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Decor/comments/e9gajo/my_recently_renovated_kitchen/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)
Check out Moroccan glass tiles. They are gorgeous.
Is that a wickes takeaway kitchen?
