Hi guys! Need some help with my kitchen. Just bought this house and it came with some brand new white quartz countertops, and some cheaply painted white cabinets. And the kitchen walls are white. This is too much white for me and I think it looks really bad. I originally thought to paint the cabinets a light grey, with some new black or stainless handles, but I worry getting rid of too much white will make this small kitchen feel even smaller! Should I just paint the white wall something to make the cabinets and counters stand out more? Or should I paint the cabinets something else? Thanks for any input

Bright, natural leafy green. But I’m bold like that.

I think you should paint the wall a bright turquoise 🙂
Have you considered painting the cabinets? You could do navy blue on the bottom and light grey on the top. That’s a pretty hot combo right now, and will look great with those worktops

Warm blue grey. With gold or copper handles? I always like that combo

Obnoxiously saturated hot pink. Then burn the house down.
Ok,ok, I’ll see myself out.

Maybe a mustard on the wall and some matching accents like the plant pot and rug.

Do a graphic wallpaper and pull your colors from that!

Keep the uppers white and do a darker tone on the bottoms!

I really love Farrow and Ball ‘Purbeck Stone’- its a beautiful greeny kind of colour which I think would look great . Here’s a gallery where that colour is used to give you a rough idea: [https://thewhitekitchencompany.com/pages/oxford-shaker-kitchen](https://thewhitekitchencompany.com/pages/oxford-shaker-kitchen)
