Needs built-in shelves for any functionality

Not the least attractive use of space…but close.

This looks like the nonslip industrial tile in the kitchen of every restaurant I’ve ever worked in. Same colour, too….

  4. The showers in my undergrad dorm were this exact color

Love it. I wanna take a shower in there, so much natural light!

That window would scare me at night 🥺

I like it on account of the huntsman spiders being easy to spot.

Is their no way to cover the window for privacy?

I love it. I love minimalist bathrooms that can be maintained and cleaned easily. There’s nothing in the way of spraying this whole bathroom down and rinsing it into the shower. Love the tall ceilings and warm colors. I like being able to walk into the shower region, and I like the spaciousness.

    Works for me.

I like it. Needs some nooks built into those walls. And the partition should sit up off the brick a bit.

And the toilet looks uncomfortable. And, actually, the shower heads aren’t right either – looks like you’d have to stand too close to the wall to use the overhead well and the hand attachment is at an awkward height/angle.

The tile color reminds me of an elementary school, or the convent where we had piano recitals when I was a kid. If the tiles were a blue or green, or even white with dark accents, and the fixtures were nickel or something, it would be very nice.

The glass wall is unnecessary, unless you enjoy pooping with your mate.

I like it something very cozy and nostalgic to this

Wow I’m surprised how much hate this is getting. I thought this was a refreshing change from all the green bathrooms with subway tile and gold fixtures with clutter everywhere. I guess one person’s new is another person’s dated.

I love how spacious this is! I could put a pool floaty in there and take a nap

This is getting way too much hate. It’s got a super Melbourne feel to it. Haters gotta hate – but it’s daring and different.

So nice. Anyone else feel like there is a general Australian/Melbourne “vibe”? Like, this doesn’t look like an American room, or a scandi room or a Japanese room. It looks like a melbourne house to me. Maybe I’m a dickhead.

I like the natural light, and the minimalist, clean space. I like the simple tiling, just one tile laid in straight rows.

I do wonder if there is a bit of photoshop going on though, to stretch the perspective so the room appears longer and narrower than it really is. The loo is wider and shallower than those kind normally are, is anyone else seeing this?

I hope that privacy fence you can see out the window is tall enough and/or there is some kind of reflective film on the outside of the glass to stop people being able to see in.

My only criticism is that while, as I say often, I do love colours in a room as opposed to the omnipresent white on white or neutrals, did they really have to pick *beige*? Not that it is ugly, but I can think of a number of colours that would have made this room look *fantastic*.

I think you have done the impossible. Taken the brick style and made it fresh.

I’d be walking face first into that shower glass daily

How are people believing this is real? Everything the title says is a lie. This is just a 3D render.

That tile is horrific, the attempt to contrast with white fixtures didn’t work. Now the question is, is this homage to a church basement or elementary school?

  25. immediatelyregret

Hey you guys know that sandy brown brick that doesn’t age well at all? Let’s mimic that in tile form and just coat the whole f’ing room with it, that’ll look good for sure.

i hate it, looking like my university bathrooms that were last renovated in the late 70s – early 80s.
