Very excited to be trying some of Tiberi’s wine, finally! A trebbiano and grechetto blend. Floral on the nose, almost like a mix of lemon zest and honeysuckle. Sweeter than expected but extremely well balanced, with a creamy mouth feel and soft dryness. Initial palate of honeydew melon and white grapefruit, however, after left for 10 mins or so at room temp., pineapple flavours start to emerge. Proper juicy. Another glass please!
