My local shop always does an incredible job of curating Wine Club picks, but this month was particularly impressive! I’ve opened 3 of the 4 already.
WINES (L to R).
**Florez Wine:** Grenache Noir and Grenache Blanc co-ferment. WOWEEEEEE. One of the best I’ve tried in a while.
**Civic Wine Pet Nat:** Pinot Noir/Chenin Blanc. Tasty, felt like a champagne. I think would have saved this for another event.
**Austin Wine Co:** Nuevo Tempranillo (grown in the Texas High Plains) SO IMPRESSED BY THIS WINE! Very strawberry, deliciously bright. I had mixed feelings about Texas wine but I love this bottle.
**Terpin:** Ribolla Gialla. I’m saving this one, but every person who sees it is excited for me to drink it lol. Apparently it’s very good.

Been hearing really good things about Austin Wine Co. Probably gonna need to pick something up the next time I see a bottle.

Loving the color on the Florez Wine co-ferment. How was the acid and the flavors on that? 😮
