there’s some really amazing wineries up there! ursa major and a sunday in august are my two faves. the ASIA cab/merlot coferment is bonkers good

I tried the Carbonic Syrah from Keenan last year and it was incredible so if that’s any indication of how this one will be, you are in for great things!

Was lucky enough to try the carbo Syrah, it’s like zig-zag rose. So precious little of it though. Seems like there is lots of Gewurztraminer Pet-Nat getting released and that wine was delicious as well.
