Being cold is the theme to this one, that little fire place isn’t doin anything. Beautiful space, but will have problems with staying warm and probably cool all year round.

I’ve been in this house and know it well. It’s pretty cool but so many areas were just not functional.

Man I absolutely love these designs. I’d love a house like this if only I could win the lotto multiple times and I could deal with opening my window blinds.

as far as i can see, anyone wanting to use the living room will have to enter through the garage

Perfect. I always wanted to buy an old, run down building (maybe a factory or a church) and renovate it this way.

That’s a strange setup on the second floor. A balcony opening in to the living room? So you can only open the windows while being outside?

I love these kinds of large open spaces. So much space wasted for cars though…

  11. OzoneTacoLegend

Imagine having enough friends to fill all that couch space…

  12. This looks so fake to me, like bad CGI renders fake…

Also the other pictures that someone linked to.

  13. They paid a mint for that glorified garage… A sad state of affairs.
