The air quality in a house with a gas cooktop and no ventilation pretty rapidly becomes unhealthy fyi.

Oh my gosh, thank you for this visual. It’s like a YouTube ambiance video! I would pay to see this.
Also, I’m a diehard fan of the Agatha Raisin series — 36 books all taking place in the Cotswolds. So thank you for this fun new element for my brain to ponder.

Can we please stop posting these million pound homes here and actually see homes that not only the super wealthy can afford?

I can tell they don’t cook
Jlx_27
Ah yes, love me a nice display kitchen. Nobody ever cooks in that place.
LocalGuyJin
Can anyone identify the manufacturer and model of that range?

There’s a lamp in the kitchen. A lamp with a lampshade. *A fabric lampshade.*
This has to be AI, no human would put a lamp with a fabric lampshade in the *kitchen*.
EDIT: No human who uses the kitchen to cook and has ever thought about the potential for a kitchen fire would put a fabric lampshade in the kitchen. Some of y’all living dangerously out there.

I really don’t get the ventilation comments, there’s literally a massive window righ there. Just open it people. How do ya’ll cook that your stuff gets sticky everytime? Do you all just have windowless kitchens? Do you not open your windows?

Please let me know what I need to do to have my place like this🙏🏾
I love everything except for the pot on the wall rack directly over the range. Seems like they would get extremely greasy…

Why do people keep placing wood floors in kitchens and FFS, please get a hood over that 8 burner range before the ceiling has so much grease on it, it looks like the Exxon Valdez hit your house. At least throw down an area rug!
I do understand this house is ancient,

Just gorgeous, looks super cozy.

Y’all are crazy, this is not only beautiful but perfectly functional. It does however need a table to function as an island and prep surface, as well as casual eating.

Never thought a stove could be so beautiful lol

Why would you want to was all those dishes over the stove every time you cook?
garysaidiebbandflow
That dish rack is great. My landlord just installed a new dishwasher, so the days of hand-washing my dishes are over for now. But I really like that.
