Holy shit the things I would do to be locked in this room for the winter with my cat and a daily supply of firewood, candles, books to read and admittedly.. an iPad with all the old-timey British shows like Poirot, Cranford, Upstart Crow, Father Brown, etc.

This is art! It actually reminds me of the attic room in A Little Princess!

The wallpaper is beautiful, but I would lay in bed and draw the rest of the flowers where the seams don’t match in my mind, over and over. That is really distracting, and i don’t even have OCD. I think I would like it better if the ceiling was plain, rather than mismatched

Omg that bed covering…the wallpaper…it’s all so swoon-inducing.

So uhh anyone know a similar place you can rent/stay at overnight? Preferably in the same area, that’s my turf lol

  6. Not my style personally, but this is a beautiful room.

  7. I love everything about this, old coastal new England and interior New England Greek revival is the best, just makes me happy and content while in houses like this.

It’s so fing gorgeous! But. The aesthetic would be so vastly improved by a plain (or textured but not multicolored) white/off-white bedcover…
