Need help finalizing the kitchen design. Trying to get sink off island. Window in top left is 28” from the floor which is throwing a monkey wrench

   Also, the refrigerator will be parallel with end of island. 12 feet from fridge to left wall.

   Raise the window or get a smaller window. It will be down to the studs to bring the atructure, plumbing and electrical to code.

   Push the stove as far to the left as you can. Put the sink at the inside corner of the L shape. Add a neo angle to that spot to accommodate a sink cabinet.

   Then move the stove to the wall with the fridge.

   Run the cabinet across the window. Either finish the back of the cabinet (I’ve seen this done) and/or paint out the window panes below the cabinet.
