Redoing this little part of kitchen. Mostly because I want a bigger fridge. The plan is to move the fridge to the sunroom and extend the counter across the whole space. We plan to leave the space open under the counter for the trash. I would love a one piece stainless sink/counter combo.

Great job!
I’d like suggestions on sinks. I who prefers, undercounted and why? My dream is to have a single piece stainless steel sink/counter combo. Where could I get that?
We plan on doing a huge renovation and in ten years, so this is really a shortish term solution.
I’ve only seen one piece sink + counter in non-domestic environments: pro kitchens, my old workplace, our dorms even had these nifty looking all-stainless kitchen sets with stainless shelving and everything. Look at places that sell commercially, chances are they’ll sell to you too.
When it comes to the fridge, I’d just warn against having it in a different room. You want your sink, your stove, and your fridge be in a triangle, each one opposite the other two as much as possible, because most of your time in the kitchen is moving between these three areas. Having a fridge in a different room can be detrimental to your workflow, so think about that.
If it’s short term you could look into a single refrigerator and add a freezer unit on the other side. You’ll usually get stuff from the freezer out first and then do all the prep so you avoid the layout issue. And by having a whole fridge unit you get the extra freezer space which is probably enough. Freezer could even be a low wide unit in that space on the other side to not block as much sunlight.
