If you see this wine out there, please Inquire. I’m still learning about the producers but, from what I’m told, they are great purveyors of fine funk. This is a skin contact wine hailing from Italy. IT GET’S WEIRD. I get lemon curd, pineapple, funk (tepache?), minerality, and at the right time it’s smacks you with an undeniably floral, honeysuckle scent. Absolutely one of the most delectable bottles of wine I’ve ever had the pleasure to throw back. Please look out for this one.

I miss their old labels tbh. Haven’t had the Gaia before but everything else I’ve had from Cantina Giardino I have liked. The T’arará is one of my favorite by them.
