This was so great. Queen of the Amber Sierra 2020 by Forlorn Hope Wine. Sipped at Deep City in Burlington, VT. Primarily Verdelho, Albariño, Muscat, and Chardonnay with skin-contact. Organic/Biodynamic. Grapes went through spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Grapes from Sierra Foothills, California. Dry with notes of warm clementines and apricots. Has a bit of a grip and pucker in mouth. I really enjoyed this a lot. I love natural wines that go down so smooth, aren’t very sweet, and have a really cistrsusy vibe.
