Was able to buy a bottle of this on allocation, which was a no-brainer for me. Very intense nose of citrus rind, nutty aromas and bruised apple. Extremely dense and high acid on the palate showing that typical Jura tension to the fullest. Arguably too young, but I couldn’t keep my hands off this any longer. This really opened up with decanting and aeration throughout the evening. Very pleased to say it met all expectations, and I’m very much looking forward to drinking the final glass one day later!
