Philippe Grob! Have any of you tried his wines? Best Pinot I’ve tried this year!!! He did a three year apprenticeship with Mythopia and you can really notice the Influence! All semi carbonic macérations with a bit of barrel aging. Beautiful herbal notes! Reminds me of a rustic Jura Trousseau!
