Those bent wood chairs look extremely uncomfortable

It’s going to need some fly screens or they will be swarmed with mozzies and flys

It’s amazing how much colour can really bring together a room or in this case make it look awful.

Contrary to most commentators here, I do like it. The green of the floor tiles, the shelves and the garden look good.

I love the way the curved island flows through the space. Instead of seeming busy, I appreciate the curvilinear elements and how the tiles define the kitchen in an open environment. The barstools might not be comfortable for a long time, but the small size keeps them from being in the way while fitting between both rooms. I think they’d be perfect for chatting at the end of a work day, and I could set a bag there on my way in or out, which is one of my main uses of our barstools.
It’s a space I can even imagine in use. Some designers photos are so well composed I can’t visualize cooking or eating there. This is an exception.

This floor is giving retro in a bad way. It’s such a clash I can’t seem to look beyond it.

A lot of really nice elements but no cohesion.
