Agreed! Incredible wine. I drank the “Plein Sud 2019” last summer. It’s the same vibe as this one, but way smoother and way more expensive (worth it to get the Ganevat reference point)… Avoid the “De Toute Beaute 2018” IMO. It’s not as refined. A lot of the whites can have this “Vin Jaune” vibe, which I personally find quite challenging. But if you like that then go crazy!
