I’m no wine connoisseur, it has been one year since I started with the natural wine stuff, and for the past year I’ve seen some of the most hyped sommeliers have this wine. I got hyped, and the hype is real.

Pear, it’s the first thing I could think of. It has some nuttiness to it as well. It was 2015, and I heard many times that natural wine can’t hold time, they get bad, but this, this is marvellous. You can’t point out any mistake, even though you know this wine is all about “no intervention”.

Masterpiece. One of a kind. Drunk at GOTA in Madrid

Edit: added place

One of the biggest fallacies is “natural wines don’t age well”. It ages fine, though a lot of the time it’s difficult to be patient enough to allow it to age!

Great producer, great wine. Hard to come by in the US.
