I’ve never had a wine from Christian Tschida that didn’t impress me. Christian refers to this as a ‘Pink Maceration,’ as Blaufrankisch and Pinot Noir are exposed to skin contact for a short period of time. Birdscape is a red fruit bomb bursting with cherries and cranberries, with hints of strawberry and earthiness. Birdscape is a light but nuanced wine with vibrant acidity and a lengthy finish. Definitely not a cheap wine, but one I’d buy again.

The label on this one goes crazy. One of the coolest looking bottles IMO

Agree. Amazing wine and such cool labels! We have a basement full of empty bottles waiting to be turned into candles actually, which we enjoy doing and Tschida, Momento Mori and others really do make them look awesome… especially with Magnums!
