Tbh not a fan. I feel like the angled soffits are just going to be a major pain in the ass practically.

Depending on where you are, code may not allow the sink to be that close to the cooktop and oven.
Use 15” vase cabinets under that peninsula instead of 24” deep. This will give you more leg room and you’ll be able to slide chairs under there fully so they don’t impede flow through the hallway.

I don’t think you need the angle. It’s gonna be a pain in the butt to move around.

Why not extend the upper cabinets to the right so it reaches the end of the wall and is aligned with the counter top? Feels like it ends abruptly.

Reconsidered your comments. I removed the soffit, exchanged the lights with flat light plates, reduced the size of the sink, added some extra leg room to the peninsula and found a solution to hide the shelf support

I have nothing to comment on the layout, but it looks like you’re considering the Ikea Sinarp door fronts. We have the ones you have on the bottom as both our tops and bottoms and absolutely love them. We’ve had them a little over a year and they’re easy to keep clean, and look great.
