My parents have a similar thing in their kitchen. Absolutely gorgeous but a real pain to clean! It was a daily task but it takes 3 mins max.
– wet the surfaces using a wet sponge with a small amount of washing up liquid poured directly onto it – dry using a micro fibre cloth in circular motions – viola!

No range hood? What do you do when you’re cooking things that have odour or smoke?

I’d personally need an extractor fan above the hob. Also the corner looks like a hazard for kids. But, it probably suits you! Nice job.

Switch the door on the fridge! That would drive me crazy.

Does your kitchen have a special anti fingerprint coating? Wondering if they work good enough.

So my friend with a commercial kitchen will be getting rid of his gas ranges and cook tops because they release gasses that are harmful. He will be going all electric soon. So I would get some powerful extractors/hoods asap. Are your cabinets wood or another product? If non wood, you can coat a clean cabinet with Rainex. It repels water.
