The tall windows to one side and view of the fireplace makes everything seem seamless. Beautiful space to make memories. Congrats!

That looks like a very well thought-out space, I wouldn’t change a thing!

Overall, it’s pretty good, but there are some issues with the design.
The sink, faucet, pot filler, stove, and hood being off center from each other and in relation to the entire space feels disharmonious. They’re neither off enough to feel intentional, nor centered enough to be in harmony. The stove, pot filler, and hood should have been centered on the back wall. Then the sink being off center would have felt intentional.
The hood surround doesn’t make sense with the rest of the kitchen. It’s a very simple farmhouse pine plank surround, but your island is a very traditional and relatively detailed dark wood design. The pine also isn’t mirrored anywhere else in the kitchen, nor is the farmhouse feel. It also feels cramped given how close it is to the flanking cabinetry, especially the crown molding.
The microwave should have gone into the island or behind a door. Having one stainless appliance right next to another stainless appliance is never ideal, and you had the space here to avoid it.
Your chairs are too similar in color to the island. They get lost entirely. I’d try a lighter color to pull the white of the back cabinets forward into the space.

It’s nice, but a bit done already. Looks like every other kitchen rolling out in the last few years— white perimeter cabs, marble backsplash, quartz countertops, light wood hood, stainless appliances and contrasting island.
