1884 Queen Anne Victorian does not compute

That room is amazing. That couch is not.

Absolutely gorgeous renovation, with wildly inappropriate and hideous furnishings.

Mate. I’ll give you this. Every post I see of yours, I know it’s yours before I even look at who posted it. You have a consistent and distinct style.

I wish you’d spend the time to post on the sub I mod. But I bet you weren’t getting enough votes to make it worth your while, so I get it.

I wonder what the point of that kind of fireplace design is (putting it into a nook)?

    Not criticizing, just curious.

  6. love the house. the furniture makes me feel sick

Those quarter sawn oak floors are amazing

I hate the furnishings but the original woodwork is DIVINE.

I feel like there’s a ghost in this house

Next person to move in is going to mount a big freaking tv above the fire place and ruin the entire room all at once.

Say I wanted to build, new construction, a house in this style. Is it even possible anymore? I assume people would say “for a price you can build anything” but can we? Do the artisans and suppliers even have the capability to do this kind of woodworking anymore?

No, thank you. We don’t want any more visitors, well-wishers, or distant relations.
