Neat little blend of 50% Torrontel (Torrontes) and 50% Semillon from the Maule Valley. Being new to natural wines I’ve been frankly disappointed the often obscene amounts of VA and mouse taint that inhabits them, but this one really has pushed that narrative away. I feel however that I’m having this wine perhaps a year too late as there is a little bit of a oxidative elements which detracts from the quality but the underlying fruit really stands out. Great/high acidity, loads of minerality, super cool producer. Will be back for more with them.
