Quick thought: I stumbled on the sweet/dry scale, as I was initially confused as to whether you were suggesting this wine was sweet or dry (makes sense after thinking that it’s probably quite dry). If you put a +/- on each end and changed sweet/dry to “sweetness” it might make more sense?
