why is the island polished but the side bar is honed? and its not calacatta viola if it has green in it. thats Machia Veccia. i think thats green i see.

We just finished our kitchen in Viola as well (which apparently is not popular nor widely used.. maybe because it’s such a statement, not to mention on the more expensive end of the spectrum) and the WOW factor of this particular stone cannot be properly conveyed in photographs. Would love to see the rest of the kitchen as it progresses.
