I would add a portable kitchen island in the middle… just leave 3.5 – 4 ft on either side to comfortably walk around. Put some wheels on it with locks so it can be moved around of needed. It would be small so it could easily be move against the wall or whatever. Or it could even be a giant butcher block and just match it to the existing cabinets 👍 beautiful work!
