Yeah just like an apartment that everybody lives in. But somehow when it becomes a house people think it’s unusual.

“Small, communal neighborhood” = trailer park. It is a pretty nice trailer park. 😂 A lady I know who has lived there forever got offered 10 million for her oceanfront spot. She refused.
