Le Puy! That rose is fucking exceptional. Quality aside, I also love when producers stay on the low intervention side of things but within regions which are heavily conventional (in this case, Bordeaux).

I’ll have six bottles of the rose but I have to wait four years to get three bottles of the white one called Marie-Cécile or the red one back from the islands…. I can’t guess how many time for a bottle of Blaise-Albert.
