When considering special built in gadgets for a new home, think about what will happen if the item no longer works and cannot be repaired or replaced – what will take its place? Will you have a broken cup washer there until the kitchen sink can be replaced?
The plumber will charge to install it – more than the item is worth.
I think a standard size dishwasher is a better use of money.

I put one in my kitchen this summer and damn near use it every day. Its handy for giving stuff a quick rinse or getting stuck gunk off the bottom etc.
