Amazing Color. At first it was sort of like unripe watermelon, after it opened the acidity mellowed out and felt very balanced.

Again, wild color – extremely cloudy light red. Classic Ganevat but definitely young, could have waited a while. Juicy and bright, leaves the palate salivating.
