Domaine la Boheme ‘Festejar blanc’ Pet-Nat of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. Fresh, juicy, and structured. Super drinkable. Slightly floral with notes of apricot, green apple, and pineapple
Domaine la Boheme ‘Festejar Rose’ Pet-Nat of Gamay. Super drinkable with notes of cranberry, red raspberry, and a touch of baking spice on the finish.
Domaine la Boheme ‘Super B’ 100% Gamay. Light/medium bodied juice bomb with tons of nuance. Notes of strawberry, and tart red fruit really show up. A little funky in the best way. One of my all time favorites.
Domaine la Boheme ‘MOL’ Syrah/Carignan/Merlot/Cinsault/Muscat/Gamay. Lots of funk upon opening, but mostly blows off after a few minutes. Crunchy, medium bodied red with a little fizz. Red fruited with just a feint hint of spice.
Olivier Cohen ‘Deferlante Rouge’ Syrah/Grenache/Carignan/Ugni Blanc. Light bodied with tons of tart red fruit, a slight saltiness, and just the right amount of acid.
Olivier Cohen ‘Champ Traversier’ 100% Cinsault. Absolutely crushable. Bursting at the seams with fresh red berry, and a hint of white pepper on the finish. This ones an instant classic for me.

Besides festejar, I’m actually disappointed with his white wines. I tried his GSM and Picapol and they were just too rough, too much vinegar, bouncing all over the place. But Mol was just 🫶🏻🫶🏻, simply wonderful!
