I’m not sure about the stovetop being next to a cabinet; I think I’d like counter space on either side. Would consider an island stovetop, but might be 50/50 on that one.

I would put the sink in the island because I hate looking at a wall when I do dishes. Then move the stovetop over so you have more work space on either side of it.

I would move the stovetop to the middle of the back section and move the sink to the island. Where is the dishwasher? Should be beside the sink. It’s also handy to have a garbage/recycling pullout on the other side of the sink.

I hate the intersection of the table with the island. Either make it abut the island with a half round or just have them separate enough to walk around.

Not a good layout functionally, at all. You don’t even have a fridge/freezer or a dishwasher.
Stove can’t be that close to the cabinet. It’s against code in most locations, and even if it isn’t, it’s not functional as it impedes use of the stove considerably. You can’t put handled pots/pans on the left side. The sink is also too close to the tall cabinetry.
There’s no dishwasher at all. There’s no fridge or freezer, just a small beverage cooler.
There’s not nearly enough storage space unless you have a large pantry somewhere else that you didn’t mention.
The round table next to the island isn’t aesthetically pleasing.
The range hood isn’t aesthetically pleasing either. This isn’t a cheap kitchen, get an integrated range hood that isn’t visible from the front and vent it outside.
