Saw the Monsieur Gringet in a wine shop recently and asked the owner about it. He said its quite a compley wine and definitely needs some cellaring. It’s from the people who took over the domaine.

Belluard’s last vintage is 2019, this one was taken care of by Ganevat after Belluard’s death. Monsieur Gringet is a blend from different parcelles of the domaine, including the famous Le Feu. It’s a complex wine, slightly oxydative too. It’s better to open it either a few hours in advance, even better to let it sleep for a few years.
