Yep. Went there! My first ever taste of the hyper rare and sought after jacques selosse. And decided to go with one of his rarest on a work trip to Zurich. My client paid and said he had never drunk anything like it.
Interestingly we actually decanted this and the flavour continued to really develop
Over a couple of hours you are getting brioche and honey with a bit of minerality. Main notes are pear and apricot
