That little island is great, I love that little rack. Is it a custom build or commercial?
This looks like a fun place to cook!

Maybe but how do you prep?

Thank you for pics of a real kitchen! We’re going to remodel our kitchen soon and looking for a solution to put our pots/pans without putting them in a drawer/cabinet. Very interesting how you have the baking dishes under the range. How does that work? Is the vent strong enough to prevent them from getting oily?

THAT is a proper home kitchen!!

Makes me anxious looking at this.

Yes! Finally a real kitchen.

Can I just, like, come over? And watch y’all cook? I hear laughter for some reason.

Oh my. I have multiple chefs in-house. We all appreciate this kitchen. Can ask who makes the multi bowl clean-up sink? Am pondering something like this for our (eventual) kitchen redo. Also, how do you like your soapstone counters?

Does the range hood work?

It certainly works to remove heat, smoke and grease, as well as provides a good “keep warm,” station with the built-in heat lamps. And it’s a pretty handy magnet board too.
If I remember correctly it’s something like 1200cfm in displacement.

Yes. It vents heat smoke and grease. The heat lamps keep food warm. It displaces 1200cfm if I remember correctly.

Holy crap! My anxiety just went through the roof.
It’s weird for me. I struggle with decluttering. I’m constantly thinking “there’s too much stuff” So, doing my kitchen Reno(currently) I’m constantly adding and subtracting to try and give myself the best options for space. Spacing is the “theme” for my Reno project.
I have all these things (like you) an air fryer, toaster, microwave, keurig, deep fryer, vitamix, stand mixer etc ( I like my toys lol) and my kitchen layout is on the smaller size – might be around this size shown.
God bless you, but how do you manage?!

I worked in restaurants for years and you just learn that even within the clutter the idea and value of mis en place holds true. So long as something is “in its place,” where it’s supposed to be , next to its outlet or the sink or the trash, etc., it’s not clutter, it’s just density.
